- Finalizing your housing for the upcoming academic year, whether that be renewing your lease or exploring other housing options on- or off-campus.
- Completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the upcoming academic year. Don’t forget that you must submit this every year if you want to be considered for federal financial aid. The Office of Student Financial Aid has a guide to help you navigate the application process.
- Exploring graduate-level programs and familiarizing yourself with their application process and timelines.

- Take on a summer internship or a part-time job that will give you transferrable skills for your future career.
- Study or volunteer abroad in any number of countries around the globe.
- Take summer classes at UGA to graduate according to your desired timeline.
- Study for entrance exams for graduate programs if pursuing graduate programs that require one.
